About the position
The Dishwasher position at 84 West LLC in Denison, Texas, is a full-time role focused on maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all wares, including pots, pans, and utensils, are properly cleaned and stored, contributing to the overall efficiency of the restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Scrapes and washes all wares including pots, pans, beverage receptacles, dinnerware, flatware, and bar and restaurant glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
- Cleans dish pit area and takes out trash at close of business.
Requirements
- One (1) year of prior Dishwasher experience is preferred.
- Food Handler's certification is required upon hire.
