Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment
- Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware
- Cleaning as needed inside and outside the restaurant
- Putting away deliveries and keeping storage areas organized
- Assisting other staff members with tasks when needed
- Adhering to all food and safety procedures and regulations
- Taking out the trash and rinsing trash cans
- Consistently ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots
- Maintaining a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances (pans, pots, mixers, stoves)
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Must be able to operate dish machine safely
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must understand and follow all food safety procedures
- Must have communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
