About the position
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, and other kitchen items. This role is essential for ensuring that the dishwashing station is kept in a pristine and safe manner, contributing to the overall hygiene and efficiency of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. into a dishwasher.
- Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out on an hourly basis.
- Remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and dispose of it into the dumpster.
- Roll/unroll mats in preparation for floors to be cleaned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant is a plus.
