As a Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment, as well as emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas. In addition to these tasks, you will support the Cooks with prep work, including the preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and assist with other tasks as needed. Your focus will always be on the team and our guests, making decisions that prioritize their experience and satisfaction. You will also be expected to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and attention to detail, as you will be working closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
