• Wash dishes by hand.
• Clean up spills and messes in the kitchen.
• Clean tableware, utensils, and cookware.
• Supply needed equipment to other staff members.
• Check the condition of all implements before using them.
• Maintain floors and walls, both inside and outside of the restaurant.
• Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the Kitchen Manager.

Requirements
