About the position
The Dishwasher at Chayz Lounge is a part-time role focused on maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced culinary environment. The position involves working collaboratively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Remove soiled plates and flatware from tables.
- Wash dishes, flatware, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Reset tables in preparation for the next party.
- Restock items as needed.
- Unload delivery trucks and assist in stocking supplies.
- Help prepare cook stations and clean appliances and machines.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.
- Ability to work effectively with kitchen and wait staff.
