About the position

The Dishwasher position at Hard Rock International is essential for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. This role involves operating dishwashing machines and performing manual cleaning tasks to ensure that all glassware, tableware, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. The Dishwasher will also be responsible for keeping the dish area organized and communicating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and organized dish room and work area.
• Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
• Emptying trash bins.
• Communicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of a food safety certification program may be required in some U.S. States.
