The Twin Peaks Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant's kitchen. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and silverware are cleaned efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience. The dishwasher must adhere to strict uniform and hygiene standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clean all dishes, glassware, and silverware according to procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Adhere to uniform standards and restaurant policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables.
• Work as part of a team and train using tablets or computers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning policies and procedures.
• Must attend orientation and complete training programs as required.
