Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand or using a machine, and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas, such as pantry and dish room.
• Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time, with sufficient regularity.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements.
