CHI Health St. Francis, established in Grand Island, Nebraska in 1887, is a regional referral center dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to the community. We prioritize patient care by ensuring that services are accessible and that patients are supported by their families and friends during their treatment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventories and records, including monitoring temperatures as part of our departmental quality assurance program. You will disassemble returned patient trays and ensure that all equipment, dishes, trays, and carts are cleaned and sanitized before and after each meal service. Operating the dishwasher is a key part of your duties, ensuring that all dishware, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and dried. You will also sort, stack, and soak all dishes and flatware in accordance with standardized procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly working environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the Dining Center stocked with tray, china, and silverware supplies.
