Responsibilities
- Wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area throughout each shift.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and levels of detergents and cleaning supplies.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Ensure the outside of the diner is clean and free of debris.
- Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster.
Requirements
- Ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean.
- Commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Observational skills to monitor dish machine operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Dishwasher in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of loading and unloading the dish machine.
