SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a reliable and organized full-time dishwasher to join their team in Lakeville, CT. This role is essential for maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment, ensuring that all utensils and dishes are properly washed and sorted. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members, providing service with a smile.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes, and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure an exquisite dining experience for guests.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, but motivated individuals can be taught.
• Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
