The Dishwasher position at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Execute proper dish cleaning and maintain a clean station and workspace.
- Follow proper sanitation protocols.
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Coordinate with team members and management to ensure high standards of food presentation and execution.
- Work in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
- 1 year of previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler is preferred but not required.
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens is required.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
