About the position

The Dishwasher position at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Execute proper dish cleaning and maintain a clean station and workspace.
  • Follow proper sanitation protocols.
  • Perform opening and closing cleaning duties.
  • Coordinate with team members and management to ensure high standards of food presentation and execution.
  • Work in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
  • 1 year of previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
