About the position
The Disney Consumer Products Global Brand Commercialization Intern will support the execution of franchise strategies and assist with the development and implementation of franchise playbooks. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to work with Disney's beloved franchises, providing insights and updates while collaborating with various teams to enhance brand management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Disney and Pixar franchise strategies across DCP.
- Assist with the day-to-day development and implementation of franchise playbooks.
- Act as a liaison between Regional Brand Commercialization, Publishing, and Games teams.
- Build and update presentation materials using PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Monitor internal team resource tools by franchise, including guidelines and reference documents.
- Develop marketing materials, including one-pagers, brand decks, and product updates.
- Analyze and interpret financial and consumer research data.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research, providing updates to the team.
- Coordinate and track the internal marketing approval process.
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings, build agendas, and distribute meeting notes.
- Collaborate with Category and Asset Operations teams to acquire product images and creative updates.
- Handle content updates for screenings.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last six months.
- Strong digital literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote.
- Excellent interpersonal, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead projects and balance multiple timelines.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and partnership skills.
