About the position

The Dispatch Coordinator at NK Towing & Roadside Services is responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers to emergency roadside assistance calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position involves using mobile devices and computer software to manage dispatch operations effectively, ensuring timely and professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers to emergency roadside calls using mobile devices and computer software.
• Answer phones in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Investigate the needs of the caller to appropriately dispatch the best service vehicle and driver.
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time, including collecting driver documents and completing log sheets.
• Keep accurate records of dispatch times, arrival times, and service call charges.
• Follow company processes for clearing calls with complete and accurate documentation.
• Effectively use GPS tools to track the location of company vehicles.
