About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Mac Johnson Roofing Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and dispatching drivers. This role involves maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the transportation management systems.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by collaborating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems, including SyteLine, Oracle Transportation Management, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with dispatching and shipping/receiving processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
