About the position

We are immediately hiring a Dispatch Operations Coordinator in Aurora, CO, to support our Final Mile operations within the Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services. The Dispatch Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various clerical functions, including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information. The role requires maintaining accurate records and logs, verifying the completion and accuracy of information, and setting up and maintaining files and records. This position is a full-time role with two available schedules: one from Tuesday to Saturday and another from Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, with days off on Sunday and Tuesday. The pay rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, and the role is classified as nonexempt, meaning it is paid hourly and eligible for overtime. As a Dispatch Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the department, which includes tasks such as filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills, maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization, and work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and possess excellent time management skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years or more of administrative and clerical support experience required.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice-to-haves

  • Dispatch/transportation/driver support experience is preferred.
