About the position
The Dispatch Order Processor at Wayne Transports, Inc. is responsible for ensuring accurate billing details by verifying entries and checking the accuracy of rates and calculations related to business transactions. This role involves interacting with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve invoicing issues, making it essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Check entries, postings and documents for correct entry, accuracy, proper codes and required paperwork.
- Enter and audit bill of ladings for billing entry.
- Perform clerical duties including typing and scanning.
- Audit new customer freight to ensure accurate billing.
- Work with all customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure our customer website portals for billing/data entry are done accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Self-starter, highly motivated, effective problem solver
- Methodical and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrates ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Audit experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a transportation industry
- TMW Suite software (by TMW Systems) experience preferred
