About the position
The Dispatcher Supervisor will oversee the dispatch operations for a large manufacturer, ensuring efficient coordination between delivery schedules and production forecasts. This role involves collaboration with various teams to resolve customer inquiries and optimize staffing and job site operations.
Responsibilities
- Review delivery schedules against plant production forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Customers to fill gaps in delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, quality control, and operations personnel on job-related matters.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Dispatch or closely related operations.
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications.
