About the position

The Dispatcher Supervisor will oversee the dispatch operations for a large manufacturer, ensuring efficient coordination between delivery schedules and production forecasts. This role involves collaboration with various teams to resolve customer inquiries and optimize staffing and job site operations.

Responsibilities

• Review delivery schedules against plant production forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and Customers to fill gaps in delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, quality control, and operations personnel on job-related matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Dispatch or closely related operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications.

Benefits
