About the position

The Dispatcher position at ACERTUS involves managing vehicle logistics and providing excellent customer service. This full-time role requires effective communication and data entry skills to support account managers and ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Complete data entry assignment requests and provide clear assignment verification and updates to account managers.
  • Intake, process, and upload vendor insurance & onboarding packet data into the company's TMS within one business day of receipt.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, helping to build mutually beneficial relationships with ACERTUS's valued client partners.
  • Assist in the development of transformational projects that provide for continuous improvement across operational business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of office experience.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.
