Responsibilities

  • Provide customer care for visitors and phone calls.
  • Create new jobs and work orders.
  • Dispatch technical personnel as needed.
  • Prepare customer invoices and submit them to customers.
  • Engage with other departments for invoice preparation.
  • Assist with other department team member duties in their absence.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
