About the position

The Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at Valley Express Towing & Auto Repair is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering calls from the public, police agencies, insurance companies, and auto auctions. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple phone lines while assisting customers in need of towing services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Record customer information within the customer service database.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in customer service or dispatching roles.
  • Experience in answering multiple phone lines.
  • General computer skills.
