- Using telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnel.
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services or equipment.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

- Bilingual preferred.
