Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests and schedule work orders.
• Facilitate quarterly preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Process invoices and manage purchase orders.
• Schedule, dispatch, and check-out technicians.
• Prioritize service calls based on urgency and technician locations.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management team.
• Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely arrivals at service locations.
• Draft estimates and maintain inventory upkeep.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Be available for remote on-call duty one cycle a month.

Requirements

• Experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the HVAC/R industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
