The representative will utilize their expertise in dispatching and customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with plumbing estimates, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Coordinate with technicians to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
