Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule chauffeured transportation services for executives.
• Utilize SantaCruz to track and manage reservations (training provided).
• Analyze reservations manifest to optimize assignments for efficiency.
• Communicate with chauffeurs, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor fleet activities and provide support to chauffeurs and clients as needed.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays before they impact a client.
• Receive and prioritize incoming calls/emails from customers and chauffeurs.

Requirements

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Previous experience in a dispatcher role or similar position preferred.
• Strong familiarity with routes around New York City and its airports.
• Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in transportation planning and fleet management.
