Responsibilities

• Manage the prioritizing and dispatching of engineers for client service requests
• Monitor and manage open service requests through to completion
• Manage compliance program scheduling
• Manage vendor training requirements and scheduling
• Monitor sales activity in ConnectWise and assist the Account Managers where needed.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working with various social media platforms
• Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP's)
• Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage
• Knowledge of ConnectWise Sell
