Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations.
• Relay calls and information to and from coworkers and emergency personnel.
• Communicate with supervisors or customers to resolve service requests or equipment issues.
• Prepare daily work schedules and manage work requests.
• Multitask effectively, including taking calls while managing other tasks.
• Organize customer requests and completed work requests, and process payments over the phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience.
• US work authorization.
