About the position
The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in the Santa Fe Trails bus system by managing dispatch operations and providing administrative support. This position is responsible for ensuring effective communication between operators and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Dispatcher may also perform duties as a Transit Operator when needed.
