Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring security and other systems. A clear understanding of the facilities assets is required, specifically the location, operational nature and hours of operation. The Dispatcher must be familiar with who is authorized to enter and occupy the various areas/spaces within the facilities, be able to discern suspicious behavior via monitoring equipment, and be well-versed in dispatching appropriate response to suspicious activities. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SECURITY/COMMAND CENTER or LOSS PREVENTION.
