About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher/CSR to act as a communication point for scheduling. The role involves receiving requests, transmitting messages, answering incoming service calls, and responding to emails. The Dispatcher will schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules or immediate needs. The goal is to increase productivity of the service team and decrease windshield time, while encouraging creativity and problem-solving among employees.
