About the position

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher/CSR to act as a communication point for scheduling. The role involves receiving requests, transmitting messages, answering incoming service calls, and responding to emails. The Dispatcher will schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules or immediate needs. The goal is to increase productivity of the service team and decrease windshield time, while encouraging creativity and problem-solving among employees.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests and transmit messages for scheduling.
• Answer incoming service calls and respond to emails.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers and work crews to appropriate locations.
• Relay information such as work orders to work crews and supervisors.
• Ensure efficient and effective scheduling to increase productivity.
• Multi-task and take appropriate action with little supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in dispatch and phone customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Service Titan CRM.
• Typing skills of 40+ words per minute.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Past success in completing tasks on time and meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of construction/dispatch computer system software is helpful.
• Property Management Portal knowledge is helpful.
