About the position
Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher to join their team in High Point, NC. The role involves scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service and Electrical Technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate ticket information entry. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and a positive attitude, contributing to a family-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Electrical Technicians.
- Review and optimize routes for technicians.
- Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Ensure all ticket information is entered correctly in the computer system.
- Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered.
- Follow up on part orders and schedule appointments for part installation.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of office/customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various customers.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
Nice-to-haves
- Dispatch experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Service Titan software would be a plus.
