About the position
Trulieve is seeking a dedicated Dispensary Associate to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are interested in being part of one of the fastest-growing industries in the nation. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers on their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of various products. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers. You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients, ensuring they receive the TruExperience through elevated service standards and product knowledge. You will assist managers and shift supervisors with returns, prepare and process patient orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout your shift. Additionally, you will document customer issues and concerns on their profiles and work closely with leadership to enhance the overall customer experience. The Dispensary Associate position may also require you to take on additional responsibilities as a Delivery Associate or Online Support, which includes processing online orders and fulfilling delivery duties as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for those who may take on delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding Trulieve's policies and procedures. This position offers flexible hours, with a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
- Deliver the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
- Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
- Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers with any product or device issues.
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform additional team tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
- Must have prior cash handling experience.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
- Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
