About the position

The Shift Supervisor at Jushi will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team, exemplifying service, dedication, and energy. This role involves overseeing inventory management, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in service and dedication to the team.
• Receive deliveries and ensure inventory data is accurately inputted.
• Restock products on the sales floor and maintain FIFO order.
• Mentor and motivate team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating action items with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to ensure informed product choices for patients.
• Report delivery discrepancies to the G/P & Inventory Manager.
• Complete cash handling and discount applications accurately.
• Verify proper paperwork and ID for patients, ensuring security compliance.
• Support open communication with management and coworkers.
• Conduct end-of-day updates and perform opening and closing duties.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined experience in dispensary, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with retail POS systems.
• High-level critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with high-volume cash handling and basic math.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
