About The Position

The Stocker at GOLDLEAF Annapolis plays a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of the dispensary's sales floor. This position involves managing inventory, ensuring products are well-presented and available for customers, and supporting the overall operational needs of the dispensary in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Open availability with no schedule restrictions, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or sales within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume sales setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for up to 8 hours, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Highly organized and adaptable with a strong team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently move products from the upstairs vault to the sales floor, ensuring timely and organized restocking.
• Monitor stock levels and address any issues to maintain optimal inventory availability.
• Help with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment of products.
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked with a variety of products, ensuring that all bins are filled with diverse strains and types.
• Regularly check and replenish daily deal bins throughout the day until products are sold out.
• Utilize the POS system (Dutchie) and Monday.com to manage inventory, communicate with Packaging Management about low or out-of-stock items, and support product audits as needed.
• Engage proactively with both customers and staff, maintaining a high level of service and team collaboration.
