About the position

The Disposition Associate at DealPro is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential buyers and investors interested in purchasing wholesale properties. This role involves presenting properties, sending marketing materials, and persuading buyers to make purchases, all within a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and investors interested in purchasing wholesale properties.
• Send out marketing materials to qualified buyers when a contract or wholesale property becomes available for sale.
• Present properties to interested buyers and persuade them to make a purchase.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven real estate investment acquisitions experience in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• A valid real estate agent license.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with buyers and industry professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The drive to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure.
• A passion for real estate investment and an eagerness to contribute to the growth of the company.

Nice-to-haves
