About the position

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team, responsible for managing investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and developing investment strategies to maximize returns. The role involves building relationships with investment property buyers and providing high-end sales training and support to help them succeed in the real estate investment business.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and build relationships with investment property buyers
  • Conduct warm/cold calling to potential clients to discuss investment opportunities
  • Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
  • Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance
  • Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
  • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
  • Track sales activities and lead notes in software database
  • Identify new business development opportunities and build relationships with potential investors
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting investments

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development within the real estate investment industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing client relationships
  • Knowledge of various creative real estate investment financing, markets, and sales techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear manner
  • Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships
  • Able to quickly process details and create win/win solutions
  • Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred
