About the position

The Dispute Coordinator I at InComm Payments is responsible for managing the dispute life-cycle for consumer disputes and charge-backs. This role requires strong customer service skills and an analytical mindset to ensure compliance with payment network regulations while maximizing recovery rates. The position is part of a growing team in Columbus, GA, focused on financial technology innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming disputes from Buy On Line business channels.
  • Ensure adherence to payment network regulations for disputes while maximizing recovery rates.
  • Manage the adjustment process and ensure successful processing within allotted timeframes.
  • Collaborate with bank sponsors, processors, and associations to follow best practices.
  • Organize, investigate, and track customer dispute inquiries to completion.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related work experience in the credit and/or prepaid card industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and manage prioritization of daily responsibilities.
