About the position

Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure personnel management within the pharmacy.
- Manage inventory and financial profitability while implementing loss prevention strategies.
- Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions for growth and performance improvement.
- Adapt to changes in the community healthcare setting and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
