About the position

This position requires understanding of operations/product management, manufacturing, drop box or similar content management system and salesforce. Assists the DL Operations Manager by maintaining and updating information for new and existing DL products. Supports DL customers throughout the proposal, onboarding and ordering process.

Responsibilities

  • Organize new and existing product proposals.
  • Responsible for assisting with forecasts for current and new products based on customers' schedules and needs.
  • Enter New products/kits in the New Product Portal.
  • Monitor samples and shipments of kits to students and bookstores to ensure accuracy.
  • Create packing lists for kits when required.
  • Create and maintain drop boxes.
  • Create and maintain weblinks for kits when required.
  • Create Comp Orders for Digital/Virtual Labs.
  • Request and Maintain PID numbers for customers.
  • Performs other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in operations/product management, manufacturing, drop box or similar content management system and salesforce preferred.
  • Project Management training/experience a plus.
  • Ability to effectively plan, implement, and monitor self-directed and group projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to utilize these skills to interact with external and internal customers by phone, email, etc. in a professional and effective manner.
  • Strong database management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • High-energy, motivated, open-minded, and creative.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to network and create partnerships across functional areas of the business.
