About The Position
The Distribution Center Supervisor at Rexel USA is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the distribution center during their shift. This role includes managing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring safety and productivity, and leading a team of employees to meet key performance indicators. The supervisor will also be involved in hiring, training, and performance management, while maintaining the security and efficiency of the distribution center.
