About the position
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily operations in the warehouse, which includes tasks such as picking, receiving, processing, prepping, storing, moving, and shipping products. This role requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards.
- Perform all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions.
- Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
- Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Assist with training of newly employed team members.
- Apply labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma required (or GED + warehouse work experience).
- 0-3 years prior experience in warehouse or retail environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently.
