About the position
EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Data Entry Associate to support the facility with manual orders data entry. This role focuses heavily on data entry, requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process. The position may involve cross-training in the future to work in multiple areas of the operation.
Responsibilities
- Input manual orders into the system in the order entry area.
- Focus on data entry with high attention to detail.
- Follow multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process.
- Work in a clean room environment and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Be willing and able to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- 1+ years of related work experience in high volume data entry, order taking, or admin clerk roles.
- Background in a manufacturing or fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment.
- Ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in an optical lab setting is preferred but not required.
