About The Position
The Distribution Engineer will be responsible for developing design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems for electric utility customers. The role involves reviewing client-provided work, conducting field work as needed, performing energy analysis, and creating designs using Open Utilities. The engineer will also build a Bill of Materials (BOM) for SAP/Material Tracking Software and assist with necessary permits for utility lines. Frequent communication with clients is essential.
