About The Position
Spectrum Brands' Home & Personal Care (HPC) Appliances business is involved globally in small electric appliances, shave/groom appliances, and beauty appliances. The Manager of Distribution will oversee the 3PL relationship at the Redlands, CA distribution center, providing leadership, strategic planning, and distribution expertise. This role requires managing strategic relationships to ensure best-in-class service, cost, and quality. The Manager will coordinate with third-party suppliers daily to meet the expectations of Spectrum Brands and its customers, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to operational and financial improvements. Additionally, this position will manage relationships with factory service providers across the product portfolio, with multi-site responsibility for all aspects of distribution operations.
