About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support our continued growth. As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and cultivating a positive, productive team culture. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including warehouse management, customer service, and facilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Manage budgets for staffing, equipment, and supplies while working closely with finance to ensure cost control.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, provide training, and resolve employee issues to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing necessary safety protocols.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the potential to advance to a Director of Operations role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing projects, driving process improvements, and handling change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a commitment to continuous improvement and growth.
