About the position
The Project Control Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to Distribution projects in Power Delivery. This role involves working closely with engineers and distribution supervisors to ensure project accuracy and adherence to schedules, while also monitoring project progress and maintaining customer commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities with engineering, customers, and resource allocation for Distribution projects.
- Monitor project progress and schedules, ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Communicate project status and updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze projects between Engineering, Distribution Supervisors, and customers, including New Service Support and contractors.
- Implement process improvements and identify potential issues proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of related experience in project control or similar roles.
- Experience with ARMS, JETS, CSS, and Distview is preferred.
- Strong project scheduling experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Franchise Manual, Distribution Bulletins, and Engineering Handbook/Specifications.
- Experience with Power Delivery design and construction processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
