About the position

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor in Lake Norden, SD. This role involves directing and coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in the shipping of products to customers, maintaining the ERP system, training personnel in distribution activities, managing inventory, preparing USDA reports, and providing administrative support to the Plant Controller, Plant Managers, and VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in the shipping of products to customers.
• Direct and maintain ERP system and train personnel in use and management of the systems.
• Train personnel involved in distribution activities.
• Inventory Management including inventory receipts through PO's and batch processing, physical inventories, ordering packaging supplies.
• Prepare USDA weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate internal and external events and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the Plant Controller, Plant Managers, and VP of Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of supply chain management experience preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience with DOT drivers and regulated programs preferred.
