About the position
As a Distribution Associate, you help execute varied warehouse and distribution tasks and activities. You also create excitement around productivity, accuracy, programs, and initiatives - all while upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality. Distribution Associates are key team members and set an excellent example for our temporary team members to strive for.
Responsibilities
- Achieving Distribution productivity and accuracy goals and motivating temp staff to achieve same goals
- Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training and customer service
- Maintaining company standards
- Promptly and accurately completing all paperwork procedures as related to your assigned tasks
- Assisting in the inventory and maintenance of inventory records
- Following procedures for all functions assigned
- Interfacing with corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations and human resources) as needed.
Requirements
